Services offered through the Tekno-X platform are digital subscription services. No physical product delivery is involved. Subscription packages become active immediately upon payment confirmation.
Your digital subscription service is automatically assigned to your account upon successful payment. Access to the service is provided through the web panel and mobile app. Delivery is instantaneous; your service will be active within 24 hours of payment confirmation at the latest.
Pursuant to the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation, consumers do not have a right of withdrawal for digital content and services. If you cancel after the subscription has started, no refund will be issued for the remaining period. You may cancel your subscription at any time and continue using the service until the end of the current period.
If the service cannot be used at all or the promised features cannot be provided, you may request a refund by contacting our support team. Refund requests are evaluated by the support team within 7 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days via the original payment method.
Tekno-X may experience temporary service interruptions due to planned maintenance and updates. Such interruptions are notified in advance and completed as quickly as possible. Except for force majeure events (natural disasters, power outages, third-party infrastructure issues), 99.5% monthly uptime is guaranteed.
Package prices may be changed without prior notice. Price changes do not affect existing subscribers until the next renewal period. Subscribers are notified of price changes before renewal.
